We are seeking quotes for road construction and ADA-related improvements on the Western Heritage Byway at Swan Falls Road, Project No. ID FLAP ADA 2019(1), in Idaho.

Bonds
Bids received without a valid bid bond (Standard Form 24) will be rejected. (Attachment 3, p. 4)
Bid guarantee must be enclosed in proper form and amount per FAR 52.228-1, including a Power of Attorney affidavit. (Attachment 3, p. 1)
Set-aside and participation goals
Bidder must submit a subcontracting plan with percentage goals for small business, VOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, SDB and WOSB subcontracts. (Attachment 3, p. 22)
