Repair Scope: Repair the hole in the AMR No. 2 Upper Level deck plate.
Agreement Required: Offerors must hold a current NAVSUP FLC-certified MSRA or ABR for the applicable region.
Japan Authorization: Offerors must be authorized to operate and do business in Japan under DFARS 225.1103(3).
SAM Registration: Offerors must have an active SAM.gov registration.
Specification Access: Eligible offerors must request the work specification package by email and retrieve it through DoD SAFE within seven days of receiving access.
