We are seeking quotes for well deck assessment support on the USS Rushmore in Japan.
Agreement Required: Offerors must hold an active U.S. Navy MSRA/ABR Agreement in the Japan Region.
Proposal Documents: Offerors without a current NAVSUP FLCY agreement must submit their approved, active U.S. Navy MSRA/ABR Agreement as a prime contractor.
Japan Authorization: Sources must be authorized to operate and do business in Japan under DFARS 252.225-7042.
Outside Japan: Contractors outside Japan must submit clear documentation showing compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042.
Award Eligibility: Firms without an MSRA/ABR are ineligible unless the Navy has enough time to assess and execute an agreement without affecting vessel availability dates.
