We are seeking quotes for RAS Station No. 4 structural repair and fuel oil tank vent pipe work on USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47) at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo in Japan.
Work Scope: Repair RAS Station No. 4 and accomplish the vent pipe for the fuel oil tank in 01-52-8.
Performance Period: The stated period is October 12, 2026, to February 28, 2026, with a completion date of July 31, 2026.
Agreement Eligibility: Offerors must hold an active MSRA or capable ABR in the Japan Region or agree to execute one before award.
Japan Compliance: Contractors outside Japan must clearly demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 to be eligible.
Restricted Attachments: Restricted/CUI attachments are available only to authorized MSRA or ABR holders in Japan.
