System: One new, fully automated, random-access CLIA system with result interpretation, barcode scanning, sample tracking, automated calibration/QC/maintenance, reflex confirmatory testing, and LIMS interface capability for LabWare
Testing: FDA-approved hepatitis A, B, and C immunoassays, including Anti-HAV, Anti-HAV IgM, HBsAg, HBsAg confirmatory, Anti-HBs, Anti-HBc, Anti-HBc IgM, and Anti-HCV
Performance: Assays must meet at least 97% clinical sensitivity and 98% clinical specificity
Included items: Reagent kits, controls, consumables, software, computer, monitor, printer, barcode reader, peripherals, shipping, installation, validation, training, upgrades, repairs, replacement parts, and technical support
Service: At least one preventative maintenance visit per year, online technical support Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CT, unlimited service calls, and unscheduled service within 48 hours
