Integration: Configure, implement, manage, and maintain automated bi-directional data exchange between LabWare LIMS and Texas Laboratory Online
Interface capabilities: Support electronic order lookup, patient/demographic data retrieval, order updates, reportable results, sample tracking, and access to reports
Supplemental support: Provide 2,080 annual hours for administrative and operational support, including configuration, updates, data analysis, reporting, and process improvements
Training and onsite support: Provide virtual/remote training and come onsite in Austin, TX as needed for testing, deployment, issue resolution, and training
