Flooring: Mohawk Sheet Vinyl, Medella Fleck, or approved equal; final color to be confirmed before installation
Prep and install: Subfloor cleaning, leveling/patching, priming as needed, adhesive installation, jamb undercutting, rolling, seam sealing, transitions, cove base, and cleanup
Abatement: Rooms 101, 102, 104, and 107 in Building 671 require licensed asbestos abatement, containment, HEPA filtration, wet removal methods, disposal, and waste manifests
Schedule: Work generally Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; mandatory site visits are July 23 or July 24, 2026 at 10:30 AM, meeting at Maintenance Building 640
