We are seeking quotes for performance-based supply chain support of landing gear components for USAF aircraft at Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation, Ogden.
Scope of work: End-to-end supply chain management, engineering oversight, quality assurance, and procurement for about 2,800 NIINs, including USAF depot level reparables and DLA consumables.
Performance targets: Achieve 95% on-time delivery for DLA-managed parts and 90% for USAF-managed parts, and cut production lead times by at least 25%.
Key activities: Strategic raw material purchasing, forging die management, and obsolescence/DMSMS management.
Contract type: Single-award ID/IQ, firm-fixed-price with EPA, set aside 100% for small business under NAICS 336413 and PSC 1620.
Period of performance: 10 years: a 5-year base plus one 5-year option.

Licenses and certifications

Set-aside and participation goals

Contract term
Single-award IDIQ with a 5-year base period from award and one 5-year option; total duration not to exceed 10 years. (Attachment 8, p. 3)
