- Equipment: Lease and support Auto-Chlor or equivalent dish machines and booster heaters
- Current count: 6 UC-34 machines, 2 A4/A5 machines, 1 ADA 66 machine, and 8 booster heaters
- Service: Routine maintenance and as-needed repairs, including all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies
- Response time: 4-hour response for service calls and 1-hour on-site response for emergencies
- Schedule: Regular service Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time
- Term: September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027
