We are looking for dental anesthesia services at Brenham State Supported Living Center, 702 Texan Trail, Brenham, TX 77833.
Services: Dental anesthesia for residents, including TIVA monitoring and anesthesia documentation
Standards: Follow ASA office-based anesthesia guidelines and ADA sedation/general anesthesia guidelines
Scheduling: Services generally Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at mutually scheduled times
Included Costs: Quote should include labor, travel, accommodations, medications, supplies, assessments, and evaluations
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years relevant experience; assigned personnel with at least 3 years relevant experience, active General Dentist License, Level 4 Deep Sedation/General Anesthesia Permit, current BLS certification, and DEA registration
Training: Annual on-site emergency training, PALS, and ACLS continuing education sedation training for dental staff
