Services: Oral surgery, exams, evaluations, and consultations as requested by facility dentists
Procedures: Extractions of erupted and soft tissue impacted teeth, surgical removal of bony impacted teeth or residual root tips, and full mouth debridement with scaling/root planing
Sedation/Anesthesia: Ability to provide IV sedation, nitrous oxide, and anesthesia levels 1 through 4
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central, with response to service calls within 4 hours
Qualifications: Texas dental license without restrictions, DEA permit, controlled substance registration, and experience working with individuals with mental illness and intellectual disabilities
