We are seeking quotes for a supersonic ground-launched counter-air missile test vehicle and common containerized launcher system at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's Armament Directorate.
Prototype scope: Develop an affordable, digital, open, modular, and highly producible missile prototype integrating commercial or minimally modified components.
Prime vendors: Proposals are requested from prime missile vendors and prime missile launcher system vendors.
Proposal deadline: Proposals are due by 4:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time on August 3, 2026.
Oral presentations: Vendors must declare intent by July 10, 2026, and attend in-person presentations during the week of August 10, 2026.
Access requirements: Prime vendors need active JCP registration and a valid DD Form 2345, or verified ability to receive and handle CUI.
Compliance: Awardees must maintain SAM registration, and foreign firms or companies under FOCI cannot participate as prime contractors or subcontractors.
