We are seeking quotes for a supersonic ground-launched counter-air missile and Common Containerized Launcher prototype at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Armament Directorate.
Prototype Scope: Develop an affordable, digital, open/modular, highly producible missile test vehicle and associated launcher system.
Vendor Roles: Proposals are requested from prime missile vendors and prime missile launcher system vendors.
Access Requirements: Prime vendors must have active Joint Certification Program registration and a valid DD Form 2345, or verified capability to handle CUI.
Proposal Schedule: Intent to participate is due July 10, 2026, proposals are due August 3, 2026, and in-person presentations are the week of August 10, 2026.
Security Compliance: Export-controlled recipients must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents located in the United States, and firms under FOCI cannot participate.
SAM Registration: Contractors must be registered in SAM for award eligibility and remain registered throughout the agreement.
