Scope: Repair only; quotes must be firm-fixed, not-to-exceed or estimated price for repair, and test-and-evaluation-only quotes are not accepted.Turnaround time: Government requests a repair turnaround of 63 days after receipt of the asset, with accelerated delivery accepted.Authorization required: The awardee must be an authorized repair source; award will not be delayed for unauthorized sources seeking authorization.Compliance: Must meet IUID requirements (DFARS 252.211-7003), MIL-STD packaging, Government source inspection, FOB Source, and CAV reporting.Quote contents: Include repair unit price, total price, RTAT, new unit price, monthly throughput, T&E fee if beyond repair, and CAGE codes.Late penalties: Late repairs incur a per-unit, per-month price reduction; induction expires 365 days after award.The basics
