We are seeking quotes for repair of CCA secondary assemblies at the contractor's facility.
Repair Time: The Government requires a 200-day repair turnaround time, with earlier delivery encouraged.
Inspection: Government source inspection and final Government acceptance are required.
Asset Reporting: Contractors must report receipt and other transactions in the Commercial Asset Visibility system by the fifth regular business day after receipt.
Freight Terms: Freight is FOB Origin and handled by the Navy under the Commercial Asset Visibility statement of work.
Option Quantity: The Government may add a 100% option quantity within 365 days of award at the same unit price and turnaround time.
Late Delivery: Inexcusable failure to meet the required turnaround time will result in a per-unit, per-month price reduction.
