We are seeking quotes for repair of a CCA transition at the contractor's facility.
Repair Time: The Government requires a 78-day repair turnaround time and accepts accelerated delivery.
Quality Standard: The contractor must comply with the ISO 9001 higher-level quality requirement.
Government Inspection: Government Source Inspection and final Government inspection and acceptance are required.
Asset Reporting: Receipt and other transactions must be accurately reported in the CAV system by the end of the fifth regular business day after receipt.
Freight Terms: Freight is FOB Origin and is handled by the Navy under the CAV Statement of Work.
Late Delivery: Inexcusable failure to meet the required turnaround time will result in a per-unit, per-month price reduction.
