What the gig needs
We are looking for a quote for boiler maintenance and repair, steam testing services, and Building Automation Controls System testing at Brenham State Supported Living Center, 4001 HWY 36S, Brenham, TX 77833.
- Campus: 20 buildings, including Buildings 501-507, 509, 511-514, 517-523, 529, and 538
- BACS: Approximately 150 controllers with sensors, control valves, and related peripherals
- Annual PM: One annual inspection/testing visit in the April/May timeframe, estimated at 8-10 business days
- Work: Inspect and test KMC Controls programs/devices, run program functions for AC equipment, stroke control valves, make minor programming/graphical updates as time permits, and report deficiencies
- Schedule: Regular service hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Central; service calls require a 4-hour response, and emergency requests require 1-hour on-site response
