We are seeking quotes for manufacture and delivery of Bearing, FWD parts for Navy submarines, supplied to Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg).
Scope of work: Manufacture the Bearing, FWD to Drawing 7094233 (Item No. 2) and the referenced specifications, light blue in color per drawing Note 8.3.
Set-aside: This is a total small business set-aside RFQ for an EAF SPARE requirement, with an option to increase quantity (365).
Standards and quality: Referenced documents include MIL-STD-973, MIL-STD-130N, ASME B46.1, ISO 9001, ISO 10012, NCSL Z540.3 and MIL-I-45208A, plus a higher-level contract quality requirement.
Delivery and acceptance: FOB Destination with inspection and acceptance of supplies; invoices go through Wide Area Workflow.
Warranty: Supplies carry a 1-year warranty after delivery, with 45 days to correct a defect after discovery.
Award basis: Best value on price, delivery lead time and past performance; non-price factors together are about equal to price.
