Licenses and certifications
The inspection team must include a certified/licensed architect, mechanical, electrical, fire protection and structural engineers, and an elevator specialist (local firm). (Attachment 2, p. 14)

Pricing format
The Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the best value offeror under FAR 12.203. (Attachment 2, p. 2)
The price proposal needs a unit price for each CLIN, multiplied by the estimated quantity and summed per the pricing sheet, on an all or none basis. (Attachment 2, p. 10)
