We are seeking quotes for the design and rapid development of a common advanced very low frequency receiver system at AFNWC/NC3's VLF Enterprise Program Office.
Project Scope: Develop a production-ready, fully functional receiver and required ancillary support equipment for legacy airborne and ground systems and future NC3 platforms.
System Capabilities: The receiver must support secure beyond-line-of-sight Emergency Action Message communications through all levels of conflict.
Technical Standards: The system must be Crypto Modernization-2 compliant, New Waveform capable, NSA certified, and Open Mission Systems capable.
Offeror Eligibility: Only AFLCMC/XA IDIQ Category 2 awardees are eligible for consideration.
Information Access: Offerors must hold Joint Certification Program certification to access the solicitation package containing Controlled Unclassified Information.
Security Details: Offerors must provide their CAGE Code and identify every location where classified information will be accessed, handled, or processed.
