We are seeking quotes for modernization of the Common Very Low Frequency Receiver Increment 2 for AFNWC/NC3's VLF Enterprise Program Office.
System Scope: Design a common advanced VLF receiver for legacy airborne and ground-based systems and future NC3 platforms.
Key Capabilities: The receiver must be CM2 compliant, New Waveform capable, NSA certified, and Open Mission Systems capable.
Program Objective: Rapidly develop a production-ready, fully functional VLF receiver and its required ancillary support equipment.
Award Eligibility: Offerors must be AFLCMC/XA IDIQ Category 2 awardees.
Access Requirements: Offerors need Joint Certification Program certification and must provide their CAGE Code and all locations handling classified information before receiving classified documents.
Award Structure: The government intends to award one or two delivery orders based on best value and funding availability under RFO 16.507 and AFLCMC/XA IDIQ ordering procedures.
