We are seeking quotes for modernization of the Common Very Low Frequency Receiver Increment 2 capability at the AFNWC/NC3 VLF Enterprise Program Office.
Work Scope: Design and rapidly develop a production-ready VLF receiver and required ancillary support equipment for legacy and future airborne and ground-based NC3 platforms.
Key Capabilities: The common receiver must support secure beyond-line-of-sight Emergency Action Messages and be CM2 compliant, New Waveform capable, NSA certified, and OMS capable.
Award Eligibility: Offerors must be AFLCMC/XA IDIQ Category 2 awardees.
Access Certification: Offerors must be Joint Certification Program certified to access the solicitation package containing Controlled Unclassified Information.
Security Details: Offerors must provide their CAGE Code and identify every location where classified information will be accessed, handled, or processed.
Contract Compliance: Ordering will follow RFO 16.507 and AFLCMC/XA IDIQ contract ordering procedures.
