We are seeking quotes for repair of a Hydraulic Actuator (NSN/CAGE 07270, Ref 63000) for the U.S. Navy.
Scope: Repair and return to serviceable condition one Hydraulic Actuator in accordance with contractor repair/overhaul manuals and applicable technical directives.
Quality & Inspection: Government Source Inspection (GSI) is required; contractor must obtain final government inspection and acceptance before delivery.
Repair Turnaround: Quote must include a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) in days, measured from physical receipt of the asset at the contractor's facility per the CAV system.
Mercury-Free Req.: All materials must be free of metallic mercury and mercury contamination, as the item is intended for use on submarines/surface ships.
Marking Standard: Repaired item must be physically identified and marked per MIL-STD-130, Rev N, dated 16 Nov 2012.
Buy American / CMMC: Contract is subject to Buy American/Free Trade Agreements and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) level requirements.
