Required Item: Furnish the design represented by CAGE 78062, reference number 20322-002.
Quality Standard: The contract includes ISO 9001 quality requirements.
Item Marking: Physically identify the item in accordance with MIL-STD-129.
Source Inspection: Government source inspection is required.
Design Changes: Substitutions or design, material, servicing, or part-number changes require notification and, except for Code 1 changes, written approval.
Freight Terms: All freight is FOB Origin.
