Scope: Provide a 4-inch valve with actuator meeting the applicable technical documents and Individual Repair Part Ordering Data.
Document Review: Vendor review of the material IRPOD available at the BPMI site is mandatory.
Quality System: The contractor must meet the higher-level quality requirement MIL-I-45208.
Technical Compliance: Use the specified document revisions in full and obtain contracting officer approval before using other revisions.
Export Controls: Technical documents are NOFORN and may be provided to foreign governments or nationals only with prior Naval Sea Systems Command approval.
Delivery Terms: Supplies are FOB destination.
