We are seeking quotes for repair of a Rotary 4X Valve (NSN-referenced) for the U.S. Navy.
Scope of Work: Repair of one VALVE, ROTARY 4X to meet operational and functional requirements per applicable CAGE code and reference number.
Repair Turnaround: Government requires a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 62 days from physical receipt of the asset at the contractor's facility.
Inspection Requirement: Government Source Inspection (GSI) is required before final acceptance of the repaired asset.
Freight Terms: All freight is FOB Origin; Navy CAV or Proxy CAV handles shipping per NAVSUPWSSFA24 or NAVSUPWSSFA25.
BR/BER Evaluation: If the asset is determined Beyond Repair, contractor must provide documentation of evaluation costs for a negotiated NTE T&E fee.
Late Delivery Penalty: Failure to meet RTAT results in a price reduction per unit per month delayed, with excusable delays (e.g., Government-caused) exempt from penalties.
