Scope of workRepair, test and inspect Government-furnished inertial navigation assets and return them to the Navy.
Turnaround timeEach asset must be repaired, inspected and accepted by the Government within 90 days of the contractor receiving it.
Induction periodAssets are accepted for repair for 365 days after contract award; later assets need written agreement with the Contracting Officer.
Quality systemContractor must keep a quality control system meeting MIL-I-45208A, MIL-Q-9858, ISO 9000/9001/9002 or equivalent.
Technical rulesMark per MIL-STD-130; MIL-W-81381 wire is banned (use SAE-AS22759); IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C workmanship with certified personnel if MIL-STD-454 is cited.
Tooling and warrantyContractor supplies all tooling and test equipment at its own cost, with a 12-month warranty and asset tracking in the CAV system.
