Work scope: Inspect, repair or replace components, reassemble, and test units to return them to Ready for Issue condition per the approved repair/overhaul manual.
Quote format: Submit a firm-fixed-price quote by email to michael.j.keith40.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date on page 1 of the solicitation.
Turnaround time: Repair turnaround is measured from receipt of the asset at your facility to government acceptance, and receipts must be reported in the CAV system within five business days.
Tooling and materials: You must supply all tooling, test equipment and fixtures; MIL-W-81381 wire is prohibited and SAE-AS22759 wire must be used instead.
Standards and marking: Markings must follow MIL-STD-130, and personnel must be trained and certified to IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C where MIL-STD-454 is referenced.
Warranty and compliance: A 365-day warranty applies, along with Buy American requirements and a DO-A7 national defense priority rating; no small business set-aside applies.
