Material scope: Check valves built to drawings B-3180 and PL-4573 (CAGE 99565) and ASTM B150, designated SPECIAL EMPHASIS (Level I) shipboard material.
Manufacturer authorization: If you are not the OEM, you must state the OEM name and CAGE and provide a signed distributor authorization letter on OEM letterhead.
Quality and inspection: Fixed-price inspection of supplies applies, and Data Item A001 (Inspection and Test Plan) is required unless already on file at NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg.
Packaging location: If packaging occurs away from your address, you must give that facility's name, street address, and CAGE.
Warranty and priority: One-year warranty from delivery, and the award is a DPAS DO-rated order for national defense.
Pricing and option: Price the full quantity plus the 365-day increased-quantity option; award goes to the lowest aggregate total price, and the award is bilateral, requiring written acceptance.
