We are seeking quotes for repair and modification of SERVOVALVE ASSY units (CAGE 94697, Ref. C20910-001) for NAVSUP WSS.
Repair scope: Repair the servovalve assembly to meet operational and functional requirements, using the contractor's own repair/overhaul standards, manuals, and approved technical documents.
Turnaround time: Required repair turnaround is 321 days from physical receipt of the asset, ending with Government inspection and acceptance.
Induction window: Assets must be received within 365 days of contract award; later receipts need written agreement with the NAVSUP WSS Contracting Officer.
Source approval: Government source approval is required before award; unapproved sources must submit the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure data with their proposal or will not be considered.
Marking and reporting: Items must be marked per MIL-STD-130, and all transactions must be reported in the CAV system within five business days of receipt.
Pricing and throughput: Offerors must give a firm fixed price (or tell the PCO if one cannot be set) and state a monthly throughput constraint for each NSN.
