Due date and time

• Quotes are due 30 October 2026 at 10:00 AM CST (extended by Amendment 0001 from 24 September 2026). (Attachment 2, p. 2)

How to submit

• Quotations shall be submitted electronically per the solicitation instructions; email submissions must be received and virus-free. (Attachment 2, p. 3)
• Quotes remain valid for 60 calendar days from the date of submission. (Attachment 1, p. 1)

Pre-bid meeting or site visit

• Site visits are required; request one from the Government technical point of contact, before 29 September 2026 or 13 to 25 October 2026. (Attachment 2, p. 2)
• All prospective contractors must physically inspect the existing installation before submitting final quotes; visits depend on the Dredge Wheeler docking schedule. (Attachment 1, p. 2)

Questions deadline

• Questions are due by 26 October 2026 at 10:00 AM CST, submitted by email to Contract Specialist Francesca deBoer. (Attachment 2, p. 2)

Licenses and certifications

• Offerors must be registered in SAM at the time of quote submission to be eligible for award. (Attachment 1, p. 1)

Set-aside and participation goals

• This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, 100% small business, NAICS 332911 with a 750 employee size standard. (Attachment 1, p. 1)

Contract term

• Delivery is required on or before 1 June 2027 to the Dredge Wheeler, New Orleans, Monday to Thursday, 8:00AM to 2:00PM. (Attachment 1, p. 3)

Pricing format

• Firm Fixed Price for line item 0001, 3-Way Control Valve + Controls, quantity 2 Each. (Attachment 1, p. 4)

Forms to return

• Technical quote must include general arrangement drawings, a piping and instrumentation schematic, and product datasheets. (Attachment 1, p. 2)

Scope highlights
