We are seeking quotes for cylinder and piston repair and modification for the U.S. Navy.
Repair scope: Repair, test, and inspect the items under the stated requirements.
Quality system: Maintain a quality system compliant with MIL-I-45208A, MIL-Q-9858, ISO 9000/9001/9002, or equivalent.
Marking and wire: Use MIL-STD-130 markings and SAE-AS22759 series wire instead of prohibited MIL-W-81381 wire.
Contractor equipment: Provide all fixtures, tooling, test equipment, and other manufacturing aids needed for the work.
Personnel certification: When MIL-STD-454 applies, personnel performing IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C tasks must be trained and certified as required by paragraph 5.1.4.
Warranty: Provide a 12-month warranty and allow defect notice within 45 days after discovery.
