We are seeking quotes for repair/overhaul of a Valve Assembly (NSN 1710-01-186-1391, P/N 280529-0001) for the U.S. Navy.
Scope of Work: Contractor must disassemble, clean, inspect, repair, reassemble, and test the valve assembly to return it to Ready for Issue (RFI) condition.
Repair Standard: All repair must be performed IAW applicable repair manuals, technical specifications, engineering orders, and drawings; no deviation without Basic Design Engineer approval via Form 1694.
Pricing Options: Submit a firm-fixed price or Time, Tooling & Equipment (TT&E) quote with estimated repair costs.
Repair Turnaround: Propose a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) measured from physical asset receipt at contractor facility to Government acceptance; note any capacity constraints.
Contractor Responsibility: Contractor must supply all facilities, labor, materials, parts, tooling, and test equipment — no Government Furnished Property will be provided.
Compliance Requirements: Contract is subject to Buy American/FTA, AbilityOne, Equal Opportunity for Workers with Disabilities, and Security Prohibitions clauses.
