We are seeking quotes for A/C plant condenser water control valve replacement and refrigeration system testing and repair on USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47) at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo in Japan.
Work Scope: Replace the No. 4 and No. 3 A/C plant condenser water control valves and test and repair the No. 3 A/C plant refrigeration system.
Agreement Required: Offerors must hold an active MSRA or capable ABR in Japan or agree to execute one in the Japan region before award.
Japan Compliance: Contractors outside Japan must unambiguously demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042.
Restricted Attachments: Restricted/CUI attachments are available only to authorized MSRA/ABR holders in Japan.
Performance Dates: The stated period of performance is 10/12/2026 to 3/1/2026, with a completion date of 7/31/2027.
