Statement of Work SIEMENS Fire Alarm System Troubleshooting USCGC Healy 1. GENERAL 1.1 Background The objective of this project is to perform a comprehensive inspection and repair of the existing fire alarm control panel and detectors onboard CGC HEALY. The contractor must perform a groom of the system to resolve insistent trouble alarms. The contractor must be a Siemens technical representative with ability to program newly installed detector heads into system.

1.2 Period of Performance The period of performance is fourteen (14) calendar days from date of contract award for three (3) working days. All work to be done onboard CGC HEALY at USCG Base Seattle Terminal 46. 1.3 Delivery Location Services to be performed at: USCG Base Seattle 1519 Alaskan Way S Seattle, WA 98123 POC: LT Stephen Bruno 1.4 References �Coast Guard Drawing 420-WAGB-801-001, Rev K, Booklet of General Drawings�ALARMCO, INC Operation and Maintenance Manual 2. SCOPE OF WORK CLIN 0001:The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the following tasks: 2.1 Clearing Alarms and Troubleshooting �Review and document the panel's event log to identify the source of all current and historical faults, troubles, and alarm signals. �Troubleshoot constant �Input source malfunction�, �Not Responding�, and�Communication Error� alarms that populate on FireFinder XLS Fire AlarmControl Panel.�Clear and reset all active alarms and trouble codes on the panel to return thesystem to a "Normal" operating state.

2.2 Program Detectors �Restore full capability to all fire alarm units onboard with the exception of thosehoused in Generator Room 2 (1-80-2-E).�Program unidentified detector heads into the system including those recentlyinstalled HFP-11 smoke detectors in the Magazine C…
