What the gig needs
We are seeking quotes for installing trailer pads and electrical, water, and sewer utilities at Upper Baker.
- Water Line: Connect a new 2-inch blue HDPE poly line to the existing 2-inch line and install one stop-and-waste within 5 feet of the connection.
- Sewer Line: Connect a 6-inch sewer main at the bunkhouse using 6-inch-to-3-inch wyes and maintain a slope of 1/8 to 1/4 inch per foot.
- Electrical Work: Coordinate a transformer and drop-down meter with Empire Electric and size and install conduit and wiring to the trailer pads.
- Utility Separation: Keep water and sewer lines and connections at least 10 feet apart.
- Permits and Codes: Handle utility-company communications, supplies, and permits, and comply with state and San Juan County codes.
- Option Items: Options include 36-inch-deep trenching and backfilling, Grade G road base, and installation of an asphalt apron.
