What the gig needs
We are looking for a quote for a hunter education and outdoor workshop instructor/coordinator for Becoming an Outdoor Woman events across Texas.
- Term: September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2028
- Events: Two workshops per year, one in April and one in October, each at least 2.5 days
- Planning: Coordinate venues, schedules, instructors, registration, participant communications, supplies, and on-site logistics
- Promotion: Support monthly social media and newsletter activity for the three months leading up to each event
- Travel: Must be able to travel statewide for facility inspections, meetings, and events
- Requirements: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; background check required
- Insurance: Workers compensation if applicable, general liability, and automobile liability coverage required
