Scope: Manufacture the Tool Holder per Drawing 2314354P1 (10001) Rev 3, including a spring-loaded trigger mechanism that delivers a hammer blow to the threaded tip when 25–45 lb of force is applied to the handle.
Key Specs: Unit must withstand salt spray test per MIL-STD-202 Method 101, measure 4.812 in max extended and 4.500 in max compressed, and be compatible with BUORD tip drawings 2314355, 2314358, 2314259, and 2314360.
Marking: Unit must be marked with drawing number 2314354, revision letter, and manufacturer's symbol per MIL-STD-130.
Source Inspection: Government Source Inspection per FAR 52.246-2 is required.
Set-Aside: This procurement is a total small business set-aside.
Delivery: Delivery is required within 90 days, FOB Destination, with payment via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
