What the gig needs
We are seeking quotes for supplying and installing air-conditioning units at Building 3, Punta Salinas Radar Site, Toa Baja ANG Base, Puerto Rico.
- Project Scope: Provide all supervision, transportation, labor, materials, equipment, fuel, and quality control required for the work.
- AC Units: Supply and install two 5-ton units and one 4-ton unit, and replace one existing 8-ton condensing unit.
- Work Standards: Complete the work according to the drawings and Statement of Work.
- Site Visit: A nonmandatory site visit is scheduled for July 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM AST, with access requests due by 2:00 PM CT on July 20, 2026.
- Contractor Eligibility: This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside, and offerors must be registered in SAM.gov.
- Performance Period: Complete all work, inspection, and punch-list items within 60 calendar days after receipt of contract.
