What the gig needs
We are seeking quotes for window and screen replacement in the third-floor command suite and conference room of Building 3127.
- Window Specs: Provide triple-pane, 1-3/4-inch-thick windows with a minimum STC rating of 40.
- Frames and Operation: Use fiberglass casements and frames, and match the existing window opening and closing functions.
- Color Approval: Submit window color selections to 168 CES for approval before purchasing.
- Blinds and Paint: Remove and reinstall existing blinds, and match disturbed interior and exterior paint colors as needed.
- Reflective Film: Apply exterior reflective window film that matches existing windows on the south side of Building 3127.
