We are seeking quotes for Sterrad 100NX plasma sterilizer maintenance services at the 51st Medical Group, Osan Air Base.
Service Scope: Provide all trained personnel, labor, travel, tools, test equipment, software, hardware, firmware, materials, supplies, and parts needed for maintenance.
Equipment Standard: Keep the Sterrad 100NX equipment fully functional according to original equipment manufacturer specifications.
Contract Type: The award will be one firm-fixed-price, non-personal services purchase order.
Performance Period: The base period is October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with four one-year options and an option to extend services.
Source Compliance: Offerors must identify their quote as Tier 1 Korean Local Source or Tier 2 U.S./Off-Shore Source under the US-ROK SOFA and USFK Regulation 715-2.
Pricing: Provide pricing for CLINs 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001 with sufficient technical information.
