Service scope: Provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation for scheduled air filter changes
Filter requirements: MERV 10 pre-filters and MERV 14 secondary filters, including standard and custom sizes as needed
Specialty work: Replace carbon box media, change auto-roll filters as needed, and clean washable filters
Scheduling: Submit quarterly replacement schedules and perform changes based on required monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual intervals
Work requirements: Label replaced filters with service frequency and change date, shut down equipment before service, clean work areas, and dispose of used filters off-site the same day
Availability: Local warehouse capability with 48-hour stock delivery as needed
