What the gig needs
We are looking for pricing on commercial janitorial services for the Titan Building at 2700 NE Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78217 and Titan Plaza at 8200 Perrin Beitel Road, San Antonio, TX 78218.
- Service area: Approximately 125,000 sq. ft. across two facilities
- Routine cleaning: Offices, conference rooms, restrooms, hallways, lobbies, elevators, stairways, common areas, and occupied operational spaces
- Frequency: Daily weekday cleaning, weekly/monthly/quarterly floor and detail cleaning, and annual interior/exterior window cleaning
- Day porter: Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m
- Special services: Quarterly pressure washing, sanitation/disinfection response, and water extraction/drying response as needed
- Provider responsibility: Include labor, supervision, equipment, tools, cleaning supplies, materials, and incidentals
