We are looking for pricing on ABSL3 decontamination and equipment certification services at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso, 130 Rick Francis St, El Paso, TX 79905.
HEPA filters: Replace 3 pre-filters and 3 HEPA filters using bag-in/bag-out procedures; replace BSC, ISO rack, and transfer station HEPA filters as needed
Biosafety cabinets: Test and certify 44 Class II biosafety cabinets, including 4 inside the ABSL3 suite and one B2 unit
ISO rack: Test and certify 1 Techniplast ISO rack
Animal stations: Certify 12 animal transfer stations and 1 bedding dump station
Documentation: Provide decontamination report, BI results, calibration sheets, certification reports, equipment status, deficiencies, and final work logs
Schedule: Initial service period begins March 1, 2027, with annual service and possible renewal periods
