We are seeking quotes for replacing a fire hydrant and drain gate valves at Pump Station No. 1, DFSP Hachinohe fuel terminal, Japan.
Work Scope: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and engineering required by the SOW and NAVFAC drawings.
Japan Requirements: The contractor must be authorized to conduct business in Japan and comply with all applicable Japanese laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations.
Payment Account: The contractor must have a Japanese bank account to receive payment through DFAS Japan.
Required Site Visit: Submit the Site Visit Log by 14 Jul 2026 at 11:00 JST and attend the conference and site visit on 28 Jul 2026 at 09:00 JST at Building 987, CNIC PWD Misawa, Misawa Air Base.
Attendance Limits: Each company may bring up to two representatives and one vehicle, and all attendees must carry photo identification.
Quote Deadline: Submit a complete quote by 7 Aug 2026 at 11:00 JST following the RFQ instructions.
