We are seeking quotes for fire hydrant and drain gate valve replacement at Pump Station No. 1, DFSP Hachinohe fuel terminal, Japan.
Work scope: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and engineering required by the SOW and NAVFAC drawings.
Business eligibility: The contractor must be authorized to conduct business in Japan and comply with applicable Japanese laws, labor standards, and regulations.
Payment requirement: The contractor must have a Japanese bank account to receive payment through DFAS Japan.
Site visit: Submit the Site Visit Log by 14 July 2026 at 11:00 JST and attend the required conference on 28 July 2026 at Misawa Air Base.
Access limits: Attendance is limited to two representatives and one vehicle per company, and each attendee must carry photo identification.
