We are seeking quotes for remanufacturing electro-mechanical linear actuators at a location not specified in the solicitation.
Work Scope: Provide all labor, materials, facilities, parts, equipment, packing, preservation, and packaging needed to restore units to like-new condition.
Contract Quantity: Remanufacture NSN 1680-01-368-7808RK with a five-unit minimum and 30-unit maximum.
Contract Term: The firm-fixed-price IDIQ ordering period is five years or until each line item's maximum quantity is reached.
Pre-Award Review: A pre-award survey and/or Initial Production Evaluation is required.
Marking Requirement: Apply Item Unique Identification markings in accordance with DFARS 252.211-7003.
Shipping Document: Include a DD Form 1348-1 when shipping assets under the CAV AF reporting requirements.
