Orthoimagery: 6-inch, 4-band RGBN imagery over approximately 1,297 square miles, including 1,307 DO4Q tiles and seamless countywide mosaics
Acquisition window: January 1-February 28, 2027, under winter leaf-off conditions, with February 1-February 15 preferred
Accuracy: ASPRS 2024 standard mapping/GIS accuracy with at least 30 checkpoints
Impervious mapping: Update impervious/pervious surface data for approximately 146.5 square miles covering Waco city limits plus a half-mile buffer
