We are looking for oral surgery services for residents at San Angelo State Supported Living Center, 11640 US Hwy 87 N.
Services: Dental exams, consults, x-rays, extractions including 3rd molars, implants, alveolectomy procedures, retained root procedures, biopsies, and pathology evaluations
Service setting: Work to be performed at the provider's approved local dental office or hospital, as appropriate
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central, with emergency response capability as needed
Volume: Approximately 4 residents per month, or 48 residents per year
Qualifications: Five years of relevant experience, current Texas dental license, DEA registration, ancillary dental licenses as applicable, and CPR certification
Documentation: Provide signed clinical notes, findings, recommendations, and treatment summaries within 7 days of treatment
