What the gig needs
We are seeking proposals for professional and integrated services across multiple domains under an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) multi-agency contract set aside exclusively for 8(a) small businesses, administered by GSA.
- Contract Vehicle: IDIQ multi-agency contract (MAC) covering multiple service domains with no single fixed scope of work; task orders issued by participating agencies.
- 8(a) Set-Aside: Restricted to firms holding active 8(a) SBA certification; offerors may propose for one or multiple domains in a single submission.
- SAM.gov Registration: Firms must be registered and active in SAM.gov at time of offer and throughout the contract period.
- Submission Portal: All proposals must be submitted through the OASIS+ SubmissionPortal (OSP); a signed SF 33 is required with every offer.
- Amendment Acknowledgement: Offerors with pending pre-Amendment 0009 proposals must upload a signed SF30 in Symphony by July 15, 2026, or risk elimination from consideration.
- Award Timeline: No fixed award date; solicitation is continuously open for rolling admissions and on-ramping as government needs evolve.
